I've already driven some cars with Active Sound Design (e.g., i8, SQ5 TDI). These cars sound really really good.
Only I believe that there are many people who prefer "natural". Apart from that, an M-Sport exhaust system is offered as an option in the 750i G11 / 12. There is under the description "exhaust system with independent and sporty pronounced soundcharacter." Maybe they offer it as an M-Performance Exhaust for it
