57 in a few days. Fortunately I still have all my hair, it just changed color. All of my male cousins went bald in their late twenties. I was pretty hard on my body in my 20's and 30's, but aside from the aches and pains of getting older, no real health problems. I lost 30lbs over a year ago and have maintained that with no real effort, just eating better and exercise. Haven't needed any little blue pill yet, everything still works like a charm!
Still think I am 30 in my brain, but after a couple of days of acting 30 physically, my body laughs and says nope, you aren't able to do all that anymore.
