I don't think temperatures make any difference to tyre pressure monitoring. At least to the extent to show a low tyre pressure. When the tyres are warmer, pressure gauges change anyway. You can see this when you've been driving for a while with tyre pressure increasing.
So if your TPM is all over the place, it'll be something else. Worth getting it checked out.
