I would make sure you have the premium package as the non leather seats are terrible and I know we have a big problem trying to sell an X3 without a premium package. Make sure the transmission shifts smoothly also. If you get a CPO then you really dont have a lot to worry about. I would only buy a CPO if I were you. No private sales ot non cpo sales because if you bought it thats way you can
NOT buy an extended warranty for it. Only the original owner can. So CPO ONLY.
