11F is the FSC Code ID, not a SALAPA Code. 8TH is normal SLI SALAPA Element, for older cars. Newer cars have SLI as part of Driving Assistance Packages 5AS/5AT/5AU, so 8TH is not valid, and SLI must be FDL Coded instead of VO Coded.

i just tried a few minutes ago to write in FA/ SALAPA the 8TH did not work like also you mentioned but I tried to write 5AS/5AT/5AU all went threw.. no error in FA all good.
I moved to the next step adding the FSC code (11F )all worked fine and on fsc status : fsc accepted
I do have the road sign in my digital cluster but not indicate any speed sign just 3 dots line ...
can you help me if its other way to acctivate SLI in my vehicle
