Decker may be tight road, but you can still drive it hard in a 3-series. I usually do latigo up then decker down. I don't think I've had the chance to do decker uphill though.
Bikes should be fast on these roads, but I always happen to run into the slow ones who hold you up and refuse to let you pass.
