I have done it a few times, but have been doing Tai chi for years as a means of stretching and relaxation.
It's amazing how two cultures came up with different approaches leading to the same thing.....aligning the body and the breath to optimize health.

Yea its a new experience for sure, I'm 6'4" and sit all day at work so I deal with my share of back pain/ being unflexible . I think continuing to go to do yoga should really help with these things , and provide other benefits as well. Its a one week free trial so I am going to squeeze as much as I can into it before having to sign up for the monthly plan lol.
And yes, it is pretty crazy thats for sure!
