It's actually a fairly easy swap since none of the wiring has to be changed. You would just need to find a set of the headlights online as well as the Steering Column Switch Cluster that has the Auto High Beam button. If you really want the true Auto High Beam effect, since you have to buy the headlights anyway, look for the European version which won't have the potentially different hardware that limits the No Glare High Beam on some models. Price wise you are looking at around $200 for the switch cluster, and headlights are going to depend on if you buy new/used and if you have to buy modules separately, but plan on at least $1500 unless you wait around for some good deals. Coding would just be adding options 552 and 5AC to the car after you install the new parts.
