It depends on if you want the No-Glare High Beam Assist,
shown here, or the basic on/off one. Since you have to buy the housings anyway, I would recommend getting the Euro lights if you definitely want the NGHB version. It can supposedly be coded on US version lights, but others have said it does not work and that there may potentially be a difference in the actual headlight housings.
