The plot thickens. It wasn't fixed by Wednesday. Still not fixed after lengthy email threads with customer services and then connected drive executive.

It goes like this. Please send me the dates you thought you were subscribed to.
I send handwritten dates on t&cs at time of purchase.
Invalid.
What can I send you to prove the dates. You must have a history of data before and after changes
We're working on that.
So please restore my end dates.
Can't do that but I can give you a 6 month extension.

Your data was valid ( an email from connected drive which I had kept.)
