Had a quick look, didn't see any either....
You could try a msg to one of the vendors doing CF like this one
ebay roundels
Also just re-read your OP.
If EAS has all but the sides.....
Just get 2 extra trunk emblems; they're the same size.
All you'll need to do is clip the pins off the back, because they fasten with 3m trim tape.
