Yea that's nuts -- seems like they are being kind of evasive and glossing over a real concern. They should 100% be able to get back to you the same day with factual information on your order. I know my CA would have e-mailed, called, or texted me follow up on my concern if it was a similar issue.

In My Garage when you look at your -- you should see all the options. What do you see there?
