Yeah but who wants to throw rocks or mulch or even a bunch of lumber into the "back" of a nice minivan? With the truck having a totally separate bed for that stuff means I don't have to worry about fucking up any of my interior.

Now if you don't haul any of that and just pickup the odd piece of lumber every few months then yeah, take the time to gently shove it into your minivan or whatever you got or rent a truck from home depot.

But buying a minivan instead of a truck to do truck things.... nah.
