Why do some BMW paint colors have “II” in the name?
I have seen, for lack of a better word, "variants" of the original color noted on several occasions. However, I never completely understood what they meant.
Take, for example, Frozen Dark Blue II. I mean Frozen Dark Blue is Brozen Dark Blue. Perhaps they are using a different type of paint material? Could anyone elaborate on these paints?
