A Ziggo card will not work. The only provider in The Netherlands that provides a DVB-signal is KPN with Digitenne. A couple of weeks a go KPN switched off DVB-T and is only offering DVB-T2. With the change to DVB-T2 KPN is also no longer offering Smartcards for a CI+ Module anymore. So in The Netherlands we can only watch the Free-to-Air channels in our BMWs
The FTA channels are: NPO 1, NPO 2, NPO 3 and the local TV stations (check:
