Run flats are terrible, I wouldn't suggest them at all because the sidewall is too hard, the comfort level is compromised because of that. They're louder, and they're way more expensive for a tire that doesn't necessarily grip that well either. All the performance categories as well as comfort categories drop dramatically if you go run-flat, and more importantly, so does your price too. Totally not worth it in my eyes.
