I found the dealer was incapable of recognising the issue let alone finding a solution. And I like my dealer. I stand to be corrected, but I think only connected drive can switch on ota.

I don't expect much support from my dealer either. For mechanical issues, I'm sure they are great, but after my experience with my so called "Genius", I realized they weren't so smart with software issues.
Do you mind sharing to whom you emailed to that was able to solve your issue?
