Yes - it has a KW V3 adjustable suspension. The hybrid (530e) comes without any lowering - even with the M-pack (at least over here). The very first picture in the garage (delivery) shows the car with the factory-suspension. The other pictures are indeed after the lowering.
Probably will lower it a bit more in the summer but for winter and with the 19" wheels this looks OK to me.
