Some others posted they started working and I checked mine, had to re-agree to the terms thing and had 2 new icons, BMW connected and Software Information - followed Jay's video above to update software (which I have done at least 10 times) rebooted and all the apps loaded and work for the first time since delivery - maybe try reloading one more time, seems BMW fixed whatever the server side issue was.
