Fixing Chips in Paint

UGH, I was cleaning things out of my trunk and a damn screwdriver fell out of one of my tool bags and fell right on to my back bumper. Lucky or not, I think the very tip hit it and left a hideous chip. It's a small chip, but its annoying me. I'm also fearful it could get worse over time. I would say it's a bit deeper than a normal rock chip, but not totally sure. I've never corrected rock chips on previous cars.

Can anybody recommend a good DIY chip repair tool/kit? I was thinking maybe just getting a touch up pen and trying that, but I'm not sure that would actually fill the chip. If so, any recommendations for touch up paint?

My car is Bluestone Metallic. THANKS!
