The sooner gas hit 5 dollar a gallon the better. I have no problem with gas going up, there are far to many commuters that clog the freeways and cause massive traffic problems for local residence. It's time they start to pay for the problems they cause.
In the bay area people regularly commute 50+ miles to work and think nothing of it. I think that is a massive waste of fuel.... how about moving closer to work? fixes traffic problems and saves energy.
