Doesn't seem like a great deal..just ok. I assume it's somewhere around $61K without tax and fees which is roughly a 11% discount off MSRP. You can easily get that discount off a brand new 2018 model and not have to settle for a used 2017.
I believe power tailgate comes with premium package but could be mistaken
