Splotches on paint -davit metallic grey
Hi guys,
Today when I was trying to wash my car (2023 bmw330 davit gray) after a trip to lincoln city (For non Oregonians its just a small beach town on PNW coast) and was in for a not so pleasant surprise. I have always been hand washing my car with optimum no rinse wash and wax. today after the usual washing and drying (I use rag company detailing towels) I see blotches on paint not going away. My ques are, 1. Is this reversible? 2. If yes how to remove it? 3. What should I do to not let it happen again? |

Looks like some hard water stains. Try something like CarPro Spotless on a few spots to see if it does anything...just make sure you do it in a shaded area.
