Turn off factory DRL through coding

Hello,

I just recently ordered RGBW DRLs for the G30 LCI laser headlights and sent my headlights to a specialist to open them up for me, since the module for the inner/bigger "L" has to be replaced inside the "glass".

Everything is already done and reinstalled into the car and the RGB colors are great, but there seems to be an issue with overheating.

I can't quite get the M5 CS Look, because after a couple minutes the inner "L" overheats and can't really display the yellow color anymore.
Instead it's as green as can be.
The manufacturer says it's due to too much heat.

They also told me that the original DRLs are still on the module and are running in addition to the new RGBW DRLs, which produces too much heat.
Thermal conductive was applied, but it doesn't seem to be enough.

Now I was looking for a way to disable the OEM DRLs through coding (the RGB ones should still work through the app), to see if the heat will still be an issue.

I have Bimmercode, Bimmer Utility and ISTA.

Would appreciate any help I can get.
