Hi all,

I was planning to buy F36 440i & go for Pure treatment (hybrid stage 2 800 turbos, decat DP, eventuri intake, meth kit, upgraded charge pipe, FMIC and radiator). I ordered parts, but then found great deal on G30 540i . However it seems the upgrade parts I had are not interchangeable (only DP & turbos) & are not available as most tuning happens on 550s. Does anybody here run Pure 540i? Probably not the Stage 2 since its new - but maybe planning?

Could you tell me if there are any such parts and who makes them?
1. FMIC - didn't find anything (Wagner, ATM, CSF); only CSF mentioned a new unit in April
2. Radiator - didn't find anything
3. Intake - didn't find anything - I was told eventuri one won't fit :/
4. Meth kit - ??? not sure
5. Charge pipe - VRFS (saw here in forum)
6. HPFP - I know Ill have to update - but I think this will be the same as in F series right?

Lastly - how do the driving dynamics differ from 440i? It is a bigger car, but the curb weight is similar for xDrive models. 440i apparently is lower and feels more sporty - can anybody comment?

Charge pipe and downpipe seems to be the same.

For the radiator, I am also looking on this point since I may do few laps on the Nurburgring, there is what I have found

First > You can upgrade the main radiator with one for hot countries > 17118476010
Second > You can add an aditionnal radiator on the right side witch is also installed on car for hot countries, looks quite easy and not expensive > 17118620207

I really think that the second option should be enough for EU, worse case, installing both will be enough and still OEM parts.

HPFP is the same on most of the petrol new generation B58C and B48C, you can see multiple post about it. > 13518631642

Thanks! And do you think a shop would do the install easy enough of second radiator? For the core - I think Id wait for a genuine upgrade - I have emailed both wagner and csf to see what they have. CSF replied that they will have something in April - apparently same part that is going to the new Supra.

I talked with Pete from Pure and he mentioned that the stock HPFP on Fxx will support only up to 480whp. They are working on something now - should have it soon he said. Since its engine component, it should fit also in B58 in 540is right?

Apparently B58 doesnt have FMIC . At least thats what Ive been told now. I assumed it was the same as 435is N55 - which fits also my 435d. :/ so not sure how the air gets cooled? Is it like the top mounted thing that M car have? Or am I being misled?

Pure has meth kit for Fxx B58s -> but have to ask them if its also modifiable for G30. There is no under-storage in trunk like in Fxx, so the location has to be different I assume. Was just wondering if anybody has anything working already.
