Question G30 head unit messed up

Hello Bimmers,

I tried to access my HU via bimmercode but got a message that it's not in original state.
I thought the previous owner had something done since there are few glitches.
Do you have any suggestion on how to restore the proper software and also update to the latest for my car( g30 2017)? Maybe finding the psdz and flash the Hu unit with e-sys? Never used esys by myself, I would not know where to begin with atm.
Thanks in advance.

V.

Sounds like the previous owner installed an "aftermarket" FSC to update the mapset for a LOT less money than the dealer. You'll need to use the WDS installer to return the HU to the factory FSC. Hit up Gerry at bmwnavcodes @ gmail. com; he should be able to help you out. Shawnsheridan should also be able to help you out.
