Hi, I have been trying to do some research on how to add CarPlay to my 2019 520i which doesn’t have 6CP or WiFi antenna.

From what I’ve read it seems you can add 6CP to VO using ENET cable and e-Sys and then install WiFi antenna and after a few days the option for CarPlay will show up in BMW Connected services page.

Can anyone who’s done it recently advise if that’s correct or if I’m missing anything?

I'm also interested in this. I think I have the same config. iDrive 6 but not compatible with CarPlay out of the box.
