So I retrofitted the complete system and now I need to connect the power wire to the pump.

I all figured out where to connect to but a little bit stuck to get the wire through the firewall without doing a lot of damage to the seal. How are people feeding wires through the firewalls without causing any leaks?

All done,

HL washers are working. Just punched a small hole through the rubber main wiring harness and sealed it off with a bit of gasket maker inside and outside.

Coded the HL washer to the car (Salapa element 502 with E-sys) and set active and interval with Bimmer code.

Don't forget to turn on your headlamps when testing the HL washers or they will not work.
