It's a little rough around the edges but it's 80k miles for 17.8k

Most of the carfax shows oil changes within at least 8-10k miles.

It does show the evaporator was changed but no transmission, brake fluid within the last 3 years and nothing else. Oil change was also last at the dealer at 49k but most likely from 49k-80k it was done by owner. It shows the engine was checked at 80k. Anything I should worry about?

Minor scratches. Is this a steal or should I just keep waiting?

I think the anti reluctant coating. It looks like someone tried wiping pretty hard or used alcohol? I seen it in person and it looks similar to when a old macbook loses its coating

Just some overall comments. The car was a dealer loaner for 4 months, not that this is a show stopper, but just noting. This car is a pretty much barebones in terms of options and it is also a luxury line which also is a base barebones trim. I'd personally try to find a 540 with sport package. Different bumpers, no window or trunk chrome, better suspension and overall more aggressive looking. You will be seeing other 540's on the road with sport package and you will wonder why they look so much better than mine.

The price is decent, but I am pretty sure you can find one with a little more amenities with the same mileage in the same price range.

Just my 0.02 cents. If this is the dealer that sold it, ask to see the actual BMW service records. You can't rely on carfax. Actually, any BMW dealer can pull the service records. Snoop around in iDrive for the prior owners profile. Most people don't wipe it out and try to find him and ask questions. Most BMW owners are on LinkedIn.

Make them fix that cluster blemish.

I actually wanted to look at it again and see if they can do the transmission service and brake fluid at the very least, but they mentioned it's back in the shop for safety inspection and it wasn't supposed to be on the floor. Not sure if that's BS

I was planning on getting a M sport bumper conversion +wheels and slowly mod as I keep taking on any maintenance.

I'm still on the edge since I was playing with the AC and it didn't seem too strong. I wanted to check it out again to be sure but it was in the shop.

Besides the brake fluid, trans and coolant reservoir. Are there any other things I should be aware of?
