How to change profile name?
I want to change the name of my profile and I have seen on you tube how to do it in the car profile screen but my 23 M550i does not have the option to change it. Called BMW customer service and was told they would take care of it but nothing has happened. Guess I need to call them again?

I also wanted to change from my full first name to the shortened version. After several attempts, I changed it on the BMW USA site (actually, where the App draws some of its info). It has stuck some time Try this URL and login with your userid & password: https://www.bmwusa.com Hope that helps!
