Engine codes -P0172

I have a 2017 bmw 530i xDrive and have the following codes showing up (19 in total).

A couple are related to the grille shutter, I have confirmed that my car is not covered under warranty/recall for this.

I have had the 02 sensors changed and the MAF changed. Air filter is cleaned. Cannot resolve this issue anyone have an idea of what is going on. The car is running rich and smells like gas.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi All,

Just a quick follow up question. Could this be the fuel tank vent valve?

Part number 13-90-7-643-106

Please let me know if you have expirienced the above issue
