I currently have a squared tire setup at 245 40 r19, and I’m getting new wheels. Should I get new rear tires 275 35 r19, with 19x9 et 25 upfront and 19x10.5 et 35 on the rears. Will this avoid the need for spacers?

All depends on the offsets. But a 275/35-19 is a stock tire size for these cars.

Stock was 245 40 r19 it’s X drive, and I’ve included the offset in the post

These are the stock OEM tire sizes for the 19" staggered setup. I would not run your square tires on the rear. Kind of defeats the purpose of going staggered wheels.
