Nice. Where did you source yours from. The last one I bought did not fit.

You got link to yours? Bought one before that said g30/f3x and it did not fit.

Its for the M5 only.. BMW Part number 61318074017

I've bought it and removed it the same day. The reason is the LED light inside that switch is (White). To me, it didn't match the orange LED color for my car.. If you're ok with that, go with OEM. If you want the stock color LED light, buy the red cap only from eBay and save a lot of money.

I will say the button doesn't really "stick" in there but it was only a problem the other day when I was vacuuming the dash and it sucked the button right off and into the vacuum cleaner! kinda funny.

Red Start/Stop button really changes the feel of turning car on. Like you're in for a race as soon as you press that big red button.

so as an update, noticed today after a year, some of the lettering is coming off. Not a big deal for $10 though.

I used double sided 3m tape. Worked perfectly. Went with the blue button to match what I have my ambient lights set to.
