I keep my HUD up high because I sit high. But after starting my car maybe two or three times, the height drops down to the default setting. I’ve tried everything I could think of but nada. Anybody else see this? Thanks,

Thanks for the reply, but I’m the only driver. Same key. Happening now with nearly every start.

Did you take car in for iStep (software) update for the rear camera recall? If so, did this issue occur before and after the software update?

Thanks. Haven’t brought it in yet. Maybe that re-programming will do the trick (and hopefully not screw something else up).

If you take it in before end February you'll get the latest 4.21.x branch of ISTA. Starting March they'll likely release the next step update which might introduce new issues. Maybe, just a guess based on history/experience.

I have not had that happening and I stare at my HUD all the time. My car is a 2018 530e build in November of 2017. The last software upgrade I had was in October.
