Looking at those headlights peering from underneath the tarp, it seems that this recent rendering is accurate: https://g60.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1999316

Love my g30 but excited about this one. The spy shots thus far make it look good, the 5er seems like it’ll continue to be the most conservative (and best) looking bmw in the lineup. I’m also hopeful that they’ll have both EV and hybrid trims done right…Ie too good to ignore.

Based on what I have seen so far in spy photos and even this "teaser" (used loosely), I am very excited to see the new design. We know what will be under the hood, but I do think the new design is going to be badass aggressive.
Something to look forward to. I can see myself jumping in once all the configurations and options are vetted. No, it will not be at the expense of my beloved M550, I will probably package two of my other cars to trade in on one of these.

I will keep my m550 that I have just purchased as I wanted a v8, physical buttons and a round steering wheel
I also think the g30 is one of best looking BMWs of all time imho. Having said all that, I have no doubt that the g60 will be a very good car indeed, let’s be honest the 5 always have Been (e60 maybe a controversial exception). It will be interesting to see what the initial reviews are like, hopefully like with the g30, journalist get to try out some of the preproduction prototypes. No doubt a lot tech in there (L3 autonomous in 2024 I believe?) . Will this be a drivers car (ultimate driving machine) or will it be more luxury biased and possibly numb and isolated I think it has a tough act to follow though after the g30 We shall see |

Agree with what most have said here about the G30/F90, one of the best looking BMW in the current lineup.
I'm partial to the LCI and it is the ultimate crossroad of sport and luxury. I cannot get excited about the curved screen but we shall see, there won't be much left in the lineup without the curve. |

October , that’s a shame.
I was looking to go to the Munich motor show and I assumed that Bmw have the car there for one of the biggest motor shows of the years calendar. |

I flipped on the 3er, though; I think the pre-LCI looks better. I am interested to know what the powertrain is on the M550/560. I know the M5 will get a beast of a motor but it only recently dawned on my how old the N63 really is. I think it was first introduced in 09 on the X6 50i? 14 years. That's quite a while for this thing to be around. I don't mind a mild hybrid V8 on the non-M 5 series but I think we're 50/50 on whether the V8 sticks around or drops to an L6. It was one big reason why I didn't settle on an E53 or S6 when looking at the M550. And I don't think the mileage is much worse on the M550 compared to those cars. I could be wrong, though. |

I think October is a reasonable expectation for them to debut at dealers and be available. I still expect them to start hyping it and show it off before then.
