Using a dual-SIM phone with iDrive
Hi again everyone
So I recently started using a dual SIM Galaxy S9; kicks ass to have one device with my personal and work phone lines on it. However, if I do any operation with iDrive - call, text, etc - it uses SIM1 by default. Not that big a deal, but the issue is if I receive an SMS on SIM2, if I reply with iDrive, it reverts back to SIM1, which is irrationally annoying! I can't seem to find any options in the phone to fix this, so does anyone know of a way to have iDrive play nice with dual SIM phones? I doubt it but I figured I'd ask. Thanks! |

Hi fellas. Not quite the right page but unsure how to ask you this question. Anyone using a iPhone on the latest iOS using an E-sim only and have no cellular icon while connected to Apple car play? Set phone to drive mode and cellular icon comes back, so I believe it’s a E-sim issue so I’ve ordered a proper SIM card to try. Love to hear if anyone else has seen this??

Not sure you can as you designate one of the phones ( and presumably it effectively sees it as 2 phones) as primary and that is for outbound and inbound where as phone 2 is inbound only
You can toggle in idrive but not convienience I’m certainly not aware of way |
