Hi all,
I've just replaced the intake manifold after it had cracked around the swirlflap actuator. All replaced with new seals and smoke test shows no more leaks.
I've attached the list of fault codes that remain, only the 36f400 code was there before I done this work. Battery did die while car was stripped down but which might explain some of the codes. I've taken the car on a 10 mile drive and codes will not clear. Clearing the codes while driving will allow car to accelerate fully for 5 seconds then CEL and drive train warnings come up and all 13 codes reappear.

It was but it's been cleaned out to within an inch of it's life

Did the shop forget to plug everything in after the manifold swap?
