Does anyone know if the diffuser screw locations and shape are the same from pre-lci and lci?

They appear to be (I cannot say for certain) but online sellers of rear diffusers list all years of G30s as being the same part.

I installed a LCI diffuser on a pre-LСI bumper. The screw mounts match, I only had to trim the upper clamps a little so that they matched the mounts.

I also did this mod fits great and you have to trim the lci diffuser very little to get it to fit flush

I had the M550i diffuser as part of the MPPSK install.
Swapped it with LCI M550i diffuser two years ago and it’s not a perfect match like others have said.

I have to push the top left corner every now and then as it pops out a few mm after a while.
I did not do the install myself, it was done at the dealer and of course they did not bother trimming.

Yes my shop hit it with some automotive glue it never came out again but it makes the car look so much better
