Is this okay on the fuel filler?

A little piece is melted off of the plastic around the fuel filler neck, do I need to replace this to keep water out of my gas tank? And if so does anyone know/have a part #?

Self update: there doesn’t seem to be a hole after probing around with a tooth pick, so I should be okay I believe. 😁
