HELP!!! Map update failure

Hello everyone, I'm new here.

I bought a lifetime FSC activation code from an online supplier for my 2018 G30 equiped iDrive 6, but when I upgrade the map, it always prompts me "connect usb device with correct activation code". I have tried many methods, but nothing has changed. So I hope some expert can help me solve this problem. Thank you very much!

Maps - Europe west premium 2025-1
Car date - 09-2018
VIN - BJ13470

Did you install the FSC with the WDS installer then download the mapset?

Any chance you're using a Mac to transfer the files to USB? If so there are hidden files that need to be removed before this will work.
