Over the last week or so, the news function on connecteddrive in the car (G30 2018) doesn't load. Was working fine couple weeks back. All other functions like weather work fine.

Anyone else have this or managed to fix?

Has your connected drive subscription just run out?
Login to your connected drive portal and you’ll see what you are entitled to.

It is active. It’s only the news that doesn’t load, or if it does it freezes about 2 min in. CD is all up to date.

I had similar happen with speed camera warnings and rebooting iDrive sorted it out, though it was in an LCI.

Update: I was able to solve the issue by factory resetting. Bit of a pain to re-setup my preferences and lost music presets, but well worth it in the end as it allowed for the news to play back without issue. Plus it seems faster now when switching stations.
