I get a lot of my music from FTP sites. I have a list of about 13 of them that I have yet to look through. I stream and listen to around 50-100 songs a day, depending on what I am doing, then download the ones I like.
I mainly search for music on the web using an old search engine that AOL took over called 'Singing Fish', then look through about 10 songs listed and find ones hosted on a 'free.fr' or '.fr' site. I like this method, because it gives me FTP sites that are basically playlists of what the person would listen to, this way I get a wide variety of music.

Some of my favorite artists are.. (I dont know if you consider them techno..)
ATB
Benassi Bros
David Guetta
DJ Dean
DJ Shog
DJ Tiesto
Rimini Project
Royksopp

Those are the only ones I have 4 or more songs by, so those are the only ones I can really judge.
Then I have a ton of singles by other DJ's and groups.
Havent listened to my electronzica playlist in a longggg time, thanks for reminding me of how good techno is!!!

I only have Cloud and Emerge by Fischer, I dont really consider them techno, but I do like them. To me LAX produces pretty much the same type of music they do.

I know a loootttt, just PM me rather not type away and fill up the forum. I love it all techno, trance, house, drum bass, psychodelic trance etc rofl. I'm a Tokyo club rat. Lived in here and there a few times a year. Got a lot of friends who are DJs and promoters there.

ppl listed good sites here, didnt read all but beatport.com is good 2.

You are definitely right, Fischerspooner is not really "techno" I would definitely put them in the electronic class. I have all of Fischerspooner's stuff on MP3 if you want it... send me a IM on AIM, and ill send it to you. I'm not 100% familiar with LAX...ill check them out.
