Reputation points system broken?

The Reputation points won't accumulate (well it did before but somehow it stopped for my account)... Anyone else having the same problem?

Edit: Realized that I would still get points, but I would get multiple reputation points (multiple notifications) when there is really only one appreciation.

You know what... It DID go up by one after you appreciated me. But I am sure that I've at least gotten like 4-5 before and it stayed at 134 points. Thanks mate! I appreciated. I'll see if it keeps it this way lol.

I think its because people don't think its working when they click it, so they click it a few times. Sometimes I see notifications that I gained but I actually didn't so maybe their last click wasn't one that was "on" so to speak.
