Looks great!
Any rubbing with your tire setup?
You have 245/40/20 fronts 275/35/20 rears correct?
Also how is the ride? Is it a lot stiffer or not that noticeable?

Yeah that is my tire setup for now.

No rubbing at all, I'm very happy with it. The ride is pretty good, it's just about what you'd expect. You feel bumps slightly more. I am still easily able to go up and down steep driveways without issue. Improved handling as well.

I prefer doing full coilover set ups and putting them to about 90% softness setting, but I didn't think this car needed all of that and I was right. The Eibachs are excellent for the price.

My 530d SE in Atlas Cedar, cognac Interior.
A little unexciting compared to some higher spec M sports and the gorgeous M550's throughout the US.... I wish...!
I went for an SE this time round, I would have preferred an M sport but Spec limitations are a a little annoying when you start adding certain options like Ventilated seats. However, the 3k saving on SE paid for some other bits including VDC, HUD, Adaptive cruise, which is fantastic.
I was a bit uninspired by the M sport colours also, albeit Individual Silver and Champagne quartz look great but couldn't get my head round the extra cash for a paint choice.
I'm a fan of great looking alloys but they're a massive liability on U.K. Roads, so sticking with the SE gave me some sensible 18's...!
Already advised elsewhere in these forums, swapped my Primacy 3 runflats for Michelin cross climates, a result of which this car is unbelievably quiet now, without any loss in grip and steering feel. (It's better).

Very quick with plenty of torque, (albeit not quite as much raw grunt as my old 535d LCI).

Considered x drive right to the wire. Don't really need it, and this car is unbelievable on fuel for a 3L comfort barge. Getting 44 mpg average now.

Great looking car with some stealth to it. You seem to be quite rational in you car choice which is commendable

I see you upgraded the grill to the double slat M style? Are you liking the double over the single? I need to order a black grill, but can't decide if I want double or single slats.

What trunk wing is that? Who makes it? I like it

Thank you!

I like the double slat grill, it looks more aggressive. I still have the active flaps behind it working. Although it looks weird when they're closed. I think it looks better when they're open.

I had the single slat grill with gloss black in the picture where it's raining. I liked it better with the active grill closed or open.

The wing is the oem one that comes painted with the m550 but i ordered it painted in gloss black.

Really great thread guys. Thanks to all who have posted. There's some good inspiration in here. Next week my 540i M Sport will be delivered! I'll post up once it's dropped with spacers. Also picking up a JB4.

Beautiful colour combo.

This is the first pic I have seen with the same wheels as I have ordered. Seems most people are going for the sportspack. Problem is, where I live the roads are not 20" friendly, with plenty of potholes around.

Sadly, we don't get the G31 here, as I am a big estate fan.
