Captain Margaret is a fake alias I use at restaurants, when they ask for my name, just to see if they'll say it over the PA.

I also use Sergeant Slippy (yes, Star Fox), Bueller (and make them say it several times), Secret Peter, Magical Marv, Smith (only Smith), Sanchez and Mike Jones.

Often. I'd say more times than not. I always make them say it several times before I stop them. The only time it doesn't get a laugh is when it's a youngster that has no clue. Nine times out of ten when they call out Mike Jones multiple people will say WHO???

He was Captain Faggett.

Completely aware of how the last name is supposed to be pronounced, but no one pronounced it that way.

When I was in the Navy I was part of a nuclear shipyard detachment. We had welders, machinists, mechanics and an electrician.

Two prototype students came by to pick up a part and talked to a very southern welder. Their names were gagnon and geiss.

He yells out, hey gaggin on jizz is here!

We also had a seaman swallows in power school. They actually changed her rate to fireman.
