Does g31 with adaptive suspension have bump stop in front? Lowered my car on springs, but would like to have it 1-2cm lower

Terrible idea to remove your bump stops, they're there to prevent damage to your shocks

I upgraded from lowering spring to Coilover, and found out lowering spring is just a joke

Yup

They're only appropriate for really mild drops (<1 inch on my view) and only if you are willing to give up bump compliance at the extremes of suspension travel (if you live somewhere that has mirror flat road surfaces then you can get away with it) and live with mismatched spring/damper rate
