Hi there,
Other posts I’ve seen have a car going from exterior body assembly to completion in a matter of days.
Mine has been “Assembly in progress” status 154 for an entire week.

Is this unusual/concerning? My CA has the same status noted.
Hoping for completion soon!

Those automated floor robots can be slouches sometimes. Perhaps one is transporting your fender from the other end of the factory in power saver mode?

I saw some odd gaps while they were building my 540i last year. The one I clearly recall is that shipping from Germany to Ohio only took a couple of days. So, I would not worry much about what you are seeing. One thing I will add is that when I placed the order in late February 2022, the dealer gave me a delivery date between last week of May and first week of June. They nailed it.
