Here’s my 2018. Lowered on Dinan springs with F90 Competition sway bars.

Wheels are 19x9 et28 and 19x10 et38 with 255/40 and 285/35 Continental DWS06

Under the hood is fairly standard. FTP inlet pipe, AFE drop in filter, Osprey heat shield, and a downpipe. Also added the BMS billet strut bars.

I see so many Alpine White G30’s with black wheels (stormtrooper look), but I am finding it looks classier with aluminum/silver coloured wheels. Am I in minority here ?

For me, I can’t see any design or detail in a black wheel. Its a black hole.

For me the main reason is the contrast between black and white. Especially if the car doesn't have any silver accents that are then repeated in the rims. But I agree with you that from a certain distance or in the dark you can no longer see the exact design.

Like everything in life, it's a matter of taste, I think most people who drive black rims like the visual counterbalance to the light paint.

I don’t think you are. Just depends on taste, I too never really got into black wheels. I prefer the pop on lighter colored wheels and the design is not hidden like on black wheels. To each their own!
