Can I get a fitment check? Square 705m Wheels

I am looking a set of square 705M wheels mounted on 265/40/r19 tires. This is a winter set from an M5, and I am curious if they will fit my m550. I think the tires are OK, but not sure about the wheels/offset.

A bit more detail on the wheels:
Wheel Specs (Non-Staggered):
19 x 9.5 +26

On 265/40/r19 tires.

Would these rub on an otherwise stock m550?
