Flat Bottom Steering Wheel.

This morning I upgraded my heated steering to a carbon fiber flat bottom heated steering wheel. Quick and easy task. New steering wheel required a little massage from my dremel to perfect the fit.
Ordered the wheel from EBay.

Damn that’s good looking. I’m too scared to do that myself. How long did it take? How much was the steering wheel?

It cost me $395 from ebay.

And it’s actually an easy straight forward job. Took me an hour to do.

Have any photos of the wheel installed and have you tested the heating function yet? Looks great in box.

Did you encounter any EML on the dash after fitting this? or was it just a straight swap with the OEM connectors?

It is a straight swap with the OEM. No lights on the dash.

So as for the heated feature. It works. But only in the leather regions. When old man winter rolls in I’ll let you know if the entire wheel warms up

Looks thick in all the right places How're you liking the grip and general usability compared to stock?
